Metabo HPT’s compact 18-Volt 3. 0Ah lithium ion battery delivers all the power and run time of a conventional 3.0Ah lithium ion battery, but in a smaller footprint with less weight.The battery is ¾ of an inch less in height and weights 0.6 lbs less than a conventional 3.0Ah lithium ion battery.
The compact 3.0Ah battery makes any Metabo HPT/Hitachi tool it powers lighter, more comfortable and highly convenient for the user.
The batteries are equipped with a Multiplex Protection Circuit to prevent over-load, over-charge and over-discharge that further extends their overall battery life.
